We formed a dormer across the back of this terrace property. The loft consisted of one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Two roof lights fitted in the bedroom and one over the stairwell. We altered the small bedroom on the first floor to accommodate the new made-to-measure single winding staircase. Dormer was cladded in a brown concrete tile with white fascia boards. All internal doors were replaced with fire doors to meet regulations.
