We built up the gable on this job and built a dormer across the back of the property and replaced the old concrete tiles with new Marley modern grey concrete tile. The cladding tile on the dormer to match. We formed one bedroom and a bathroom and a dressing room and replaced all internal doors with fire doors to comply with regulations and a new flight of made-to-measure stairs. The gable was built up in concrete block and rendered and painted white to match the existing property.
