We built up the gable on this job and the old Rosemary tiles were replaced with Ye Olde English handmade tile. We fitted two roof lights, one to cast natural light over the stairs and one to the master bedroom. We formed a dormer across the back of the property consisting of one large bedroom and an ensuite bathroom. Dormer was cladded in a tile to match the new roof tiles. We fitted a made-to-measure single winding staircase and replaced all internal doors with fire doors to meet specific regulations.
